Carpentry and joinery in Brighton, Hove and Sussex

I was so impressed with Abc’s work and professionalisms they are the first person I call if I need any carpentry, we’ve renevated our property and called them back for floors, wardrobes, windows and doors excellent from start to finish.

Over the years I’ve used dan for quite a few carpentry jobs. He designed, built and fitted two bespoke wardbrobes, fitted an oak engineered floor and serviced and draft proofed all of my sash windows. All of the work was to an exceptional standard. Dan is friendly, reliable and always does a thorough job. I would very much recommend his work.

Dan has completed carpentry work for me on several property projects. He has refurbished large bay sash windows and built custom storage units and wardrobes. I would recommend his services.

We had a rotten sash window in our new flat and we asked Dan come over and give us a quote for a replacement. Dan took his time assessing the area and also checking the other bays and advising us on their condition as well.

He delivered he window in the time frame he advised and fitted it pre painted which was great. I’d highly recommend Dan, he punctual, kept us informed through the work and delivered a high quality window at the end. He also followed up with us a month later and came round to check the fitting. Great job!

Dan replaced all sash windows throughout the house with new double glazed sashes. Also total replacement windows to one bay. The difference is incredible. Quieter, warmer! It feels like a new house. I am very pleased.

His work is of a very high standard and he goes the extra mile. Very clean at all times. Highly professional and you’ll know if he’s running late or can’t make a day. I cannot find any fault with his work and I’m a Chartered Surveyor dealing with contractors daily. I wish they were anywhere as good as Dan.

Dan has built for me a coffee table with a marquetry top, a plinth to display a bronze sculpture and has just finished a front door. These were all done to specific designs and to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dan recently hung a new front door for us. He assisted us through the whole process of sourcing a replacement door, from suppliers to material choices and construction and design considerations. He provided a comprehensive and detailed quote. Dan was always helpful, punctual, courteous, worked both efficiently and to a very high standard. I can not recommend highly enough!
